This is the first new polar build in Lindblad's 50-year history, which is aptly named it after the legendary explorer, Ernest Shackleton and his Transantarctic Expedition.
The ship is fully-stabilised, equipped with the highest ice class (PC5 Category A) that allows adventurous guests to explore places that few have ever been to.
The most striking feature of the Endurance is its patented X-Bow® design, guaranteeing the smoothest, most comfortable ride in all kinds of conditions. The bow impact has been eliminated, which ultimately offers a quieter and more enjoyable experience for our guests.
